Shipping policy

Once items are with the courier it is the courier’s responsibility for damage, loss/theft or delays. Please contact the appointed courier for any issues with deliveries. Stephanie Jessica Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed parcels.

For international and EU orders it is the customers responsibility to ensure any tax, duties or collections are paid. Any fees/tax/duties/collections incurred after dispatch and at customs are the customers responsibility. International shipping may take up to 28 days during busy periods. I am not responsible for shipping once parcels are with the courier company/post office. Please contact the courier company directly for issues involving delivery.

Glue cannot be shipped with international orders due to restrictions.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
