HOW TO APPLY YOUR PRESS ON NAILS
- Use alcohol wipe to clean nails.
- Gently push back cuticles with cuticle pusher.
- Gently buff each nail plate to remove shine and file the free edge if needed.
- Cleanse nail plate again with alcohol wipe.
- Apply small amount of glue to the nail to cover surface and a small amount to the inside of the press on nail.
- One nail at a time, place nail close to the cuticle at a 45 degree angle and slowly press down on the nail surface firmly and hold for 20-30 seconds. Do thumbs last for ease.
HOW TO REMOVE YOUR PRESS ON NAILS
Allow up to 7-10 days after application before attempting removal to avoid discomfort or damage. Soak nails in warm water mixed with a generous amount of oil (olive oil, vegetable oil) and a few pumps of hand soap or washing up liquid for 20-30 minutes.
Use the cuticle pusher to gentle push under the sides of the nails. Keep soaking until they become loose enough to gently slide off.
You can allow the press ons to air dry and file away excess glue to reuse them.
Policies
Please Read the following thoroughly:
•Reading all policies, full descriptions and viewing all pictures provided is fundamental when ordering any custom, handmade product including press on nails.
•Sizing is the always the customer's responsibility. Whether you select a standard size or custom size you are responsible for the sizing you choose. I can only make nails using sizing provided or chosen by the customer, therefore sizing is the customer’s responsibility and there will be no refunds, no returns, no replacements and no exchanges relating to sizing issues.
•I utilise multiple methods for press on nail sizing. I’m happy for any method of your choice to be used as long as you accept that there will be no refunds, no returns, no exchanges and no replacements for incorrect sizing as sizing is the customers responsibility. Please don’t guess your sizing.
•If your finger nails are wider than 18mm or toe nails are wider than 21mm then unfortunately my press on nails may not fit you.
•Sizing kits are optional but to ensure correct sizing please order a sizing kit from my website in your desired shapes/lengths prior to ordering press on nails from me as I cannot be responsible for nails not fitting. I can only make nails using sizing provided by the customer using the sizing method chosen by the customer. Sizing kits in your chosen shapes and lengths are the most accurate way of determining your nail sizing. Sizing does vary slightly between shapes/lengths so please order a sizing kit in each one you want. For example: if you purchase a sizing kit in “Long Almond”, this does not mean that you will be the same size in “Medium Coffin” and so on. All nail beds are different so a sizing kit helps you asses how each shape will fit your nail beds. Nail tip brands vary in sizing and artist to artist so please only buy a sizing kit from me to order from me. All my square lengths are exactly the same sizing as they’re the same XL tips cut down to the desired length. The will be no returns, no replacements and no refunds for sizing issues.
•Customers are responsible to ensure the length chosen covers their nail beds. Nails can be cut to a different length if required so please measure the length of your nails. Leave any length change requests in the notes section please.
•All orders are made to order and there is no stock of nails. Processing time (time it takes to make the nails) applies to all press on nail orders unless stated otherwise eg. Ready to ship.
•Please be aware each product is handmade and may have minor differences between sets and may not be 100% symmetrical. A lot of time and effort is put into every set to make them as close to pictures in listings as possible.
•Note your sizes from thumb to pinkie for each hand. If you are in between sizes, size up slightly by 1mm as you can always file the cuticle area and sides down slightly. Sizing up slightly by 1mm is always better than sizing down as material can be filed away but cannot be added. I cannot be responsible for sizing issues. Please be sure you have sized correctly before submitting your sizes.
•If you are having trouble finding your size you can send me your measurements in mm but I cannot be responsible if you have measured incorrectly. When manually measuring it’s always best to add 1mm to be safe as you can always file the sides and cuticle area if too big but cannot add material if too small.

•All parcels are tracked. Tracked & signed is also available at an extra cost (recommended for extra safe delivery). Customers are responsible for providing correct address information. Please double check delivery details before ordering.
•International orders should please allow up to 28 days after dispatch incase of custom delays.
•International delivery is usually 7 business days after dispatch. UK delivery is usually 2-3 business days after dispatch.
•Please order nails in advance if you need them by a certain date as I don’t offer rushed orders and I am not responsible for shipping delays that may occur.
•Colours and charms may vary slightly due to lighting or stock availability of products but will always be similar to pictured.
•Although I use a high quality glue I cannot guarantee charms will not fall off. I cannot be responsible if this happens.
•I am not responsible for courier delays/mistakes/losses. I am not responsible for loss or theft of packages that say delivered (please contact the courier). Tracked & signed is also available at an extra cost (recommended for extra safe delivery). Customers are responsible for any fees/charges that may occur at customs or after dispatch.
•I am not responsible for the longevity of the wear of the nails as application and after care is the customers responsibility. Whilst my press on nails are strong and durable, nails are not indestructible and should be treated with care. I am not responsible for lost or damaged nails once applied. Replacement nails can be purchased.
•I etch/file the back/inside of the nails as this helps with adhesion and I wipe every nail down thoroughly with alcohol before packaging so backs/inside of the nails may be slightly white.
•Custom requests won't be exactly the same as inspiration photos but I'll try my best to recreate. Please let me know the original artist for recreations so I can credit them.
•Please do not expect exact matches to other artists work.
•If selecting custom sizing please include your sizes in the additional text box before adding to cart. You may add other custom requests in the box eg. colour changes or base colour choice. Please don’t add other design changes unless it’s a custom order or agreed with seller beforehand.
•If you would like pictures of your order before they’re packed and posted so we can check you’re happy with the outcome before posting them out please contact me and I’ll be happy to do so. I can make adjustments before they’re packed and posted if required.
•Rude and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. I have the right to refuse service to any customer that breaches common decency.

•All sales are final. Replacements, refunds, remakes, exchanges and returns cannot be issued.
•For order issues or if you’re unhappy with your order please email me at stephaniejessicnails@gmail.com and please include your order number. I will always try my best to assist you. If items are delivered incorrect, defective or damaged (before application) you will be required to provide proof before a replacement is issued. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to resolve any issues. After 3 days the issue cannot be resolved so please check over your order once delivered. We are not responsible for damage or loss after application. Please refer to our policies before reporting sizing issues.
