Refund policy

Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted due to products being handmade/made to order and for hygiene reasons.

Please be aware each product is handmade and may have minor differences between sets and may not be 100% symmetrical. A lot of time and effort is put into every set to make them as close to pictures in listings as possible.

For order issues please email me at stephaniejessicnails@gmail.com and please included your order number. If items are delivered defective or damaged (before application) you will be required to provide proof before a replacement is issued. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to resolve any issues. After 3 days the issue cannot be resolved. We are not responsible for damage or loss after application. Please refer to our policies before reporting sizing issues.

Sizing is the customer’s responsibility. Please see our sizing page for sizing instructions.

Please see our home page for our current processing times. Most products are handmade and made to order so processing times can be up to multiple weeks during busy periods.

All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges, returns, remakes and refunds are not accepted.

The customer is responsible for any customs charges eg. VAT, Tax or other fees.

International shipping may take up to 28 days during busy periods. I am not responsible for shipping once parcels are with the courier company/post office. Please contact the courier company directly for issues involving delivery.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
