How do I find out my sizes for press ons?
The recommended and most accurate way is by ordering a sizing kit in the shape/length you desire. Sizing varies in shapes/lengths so you may be different sizes in different styles so please order a sizing kit for each shape or length you want. Sizing kits are free just pay for shipping. There are alternative methods listed on our press on information page but these are to use at your own discretion as we are not responsible for sizing errors. Please be aware ACRYLIC may cause shrinkage to nail sizes so they may feel tight, if concerned please size up. If you’re in between sizes it’s best to size up as you can always file down the sides and cuticle area if needed.
What if the nails do not fit?
Unfortunately you would have to reorder as due to the nail sets being handmade and made to order no refunds, no remakes and no returns can be made. To make sure your nails fit perfectly, make sure to order a sizing kit in the shape/length you desire.
How can I order a custom design?
Email stephaniejessicanails@gmail.com with CUSTOM in the reference bar or DM via Instagram @stephaniejessicanails. You will have a custom consultation to confirm design details then be directed to this site to place your custom order. Custom designs inspired by other artists or pictures sent to me will not be exactly the same as the picture or inspiration picture but I’ll always try my best. Please do not expect exact matches to other artists work.
What if I lose or break a nail?
You can buy a replacement nail on our site. I am not responsible for lost or damaged nails once applied.
How do I remove the nails?
Soak in warm soapy water with oil until loose enough to gently slide off.
Are the press ons re-usable?
Yes, if cared for properly. If soaked off in soapy water you can allow them to dry then file away any old glue with an electric nail file ready for the next use. If using glue tabs just gently wriggle the nails off and remove the tabs with the cuticle pusher.
Whats included in a press on order?
Your custom press on nails (10 pieces unless stated otherwise in items description), application and removal instructions and an application kit with alcohol wipes, mini buffer, mini file, cuticle pusher, glue tabs and glue tube (Glue tube is UK orders only due to international shipping restrictions).
How long do press ons last?
If applied correctly with glue the provided (UK only) or a good quality glue (I use and recommend makartt glue) 1-3 weeks depending on how heavy you are on your hands. If using glue tabs they will stay on up to 24 hours with gentle use. To prolong wear do not use your nails as tools, avoid extreme/prolonged heat, wear gloves when cleaning/washing up and use cuticle oil daily. I am not responsible for the longevity of the wear of the nails as application and after care is the customers responsibility.
Where do you ship to?
Worldwide shipping is available. All orders are either signed for or tracked. Please double check your shipping address before payment as I cannot be responsible if you have input your address incorrectly. The customer is responsible for shipping address details. International orders should please allow up to 28 days after dispatch incase of custom delays.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Once you place an order it is added to a queue of other orders and they are made in order of date orders were placed. The processing time (time it takes to make your order) is currently up to 7 working days. Once made and dispatched delivery in the UK is 1-3 business days and international delivery is 7-21 business days (weekends and holidays are not included). Any delays are out of our control and you must contact the courier. We are not responsible for courier mistakes, delays, damage or losses. The customer is responsible for any customs charges eg. VAT, Tax or other fees. All orders are either signed for or tracked. Orders that don’t include made to order products will be dispatched within 48 hours. International orders should please allow up to 28 days after dispatch incase of custom delays.
